Unless you’re really embracing your inner animal, the razor is going to come out sooner or later! Men and women, when we shave we aren’t just removing the hair off of our skin, we’re removing the top layer of skin as well. If you’re shaving more than once or twice a week, you’re probably removing more skin than necessary. The result can be increased sensitivity and razor burn – ouch! Here are some great ways to combat that painful burn before it happens.
1. Buy A Good Razor
Depending on your budget, try and get a good electric razor (you can find them for as little as $20) or if you prefer disposable blades, spend a little more on some good quality ones. That way you’ll get a closer shave, and you won’t have to shave as often. The result? Less irritation on your skin and less chance of razor burn!
